1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid test series and combo packages purchased on Assam Test Series ("the Platform", operated by [TODO: Update Before Production — Business Name]). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

2. Digital Content — No Refunds

Test series, combo packages, and all other paid content on the Platform are digital products that grant instant access upon successful payment. Because access is provided immediately and content can be viewed right away, purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is completed, except as described in Section 3 below.

3. Exceptions — When a Refund Applies

We will issue a full refund in the following limited situations:

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same test series or combo package due to a technical error.
Payment debited, access not granted: your payment was successfully deducted by Razorpay/your bank, but the corresponding test series or combo package was not unlocked in your account within a reasonable time.
Access to a series/combo you already owned: you were charged for a test series or combo package you already had active access to.

To request a refund under this section, email support@assamtestseries.com within 7 days of the transaction, with your registered email/phone number and the payment reference ID shown in your Payment History.

4. Refund Processing Time

5. Free and Manually-Assigned Access

Amounts saved through a coupon or discount code are not refundable separately, and coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash. If a refund is approved under Section 3, only the amount actually paid (after any discount) is refunded.
